The loan is issued for purchasing flats/rooms in an apartment building on the secondary housing market.

  • Loan term: 5–50 years.
  • Minimum loan amount: 10,000 USD/EUR (or its equivalent in roubles).
  • Maximum loan amount: 80% of the real estate purchase value.

For borrowers whose income is confirmed by a personal income certificate issued by the employer according to the bank form, the interest rate will increase by 1.0% for all currencies, loan terms and initial contribution amounts.

For borrowers being business persons without forming a legal entity or being corporate members (shareholders), the interest rate will increase by 1.5% for all currencies, loan terms and initial contribution amounts.
