Teleinfo System

Teleinfo is a free multi-channel remote access information system which enables the account holders and cardholders of the Bank to obtain relevant information on their cards and accounts 24/7 from any part of the world. Access to information is performed via: Internet, telephone, SMS and WAP.

The Teleinfo service is designed for any accounts opened with VTB24.

Apart from accessing to information on your accounts and cards, once you become the customer of the system, you will be granted access to a notification system, which is an additional service. Using this system you will have an opportunity of receiving special notifications via the chosen communication channels (e-mail, SMS). These messages relate to for instance crediting of funds onto the card, money debiting, etc. The notifications are sent free by e-mail.

You may independently connect to the notification system via Internet on the Teleinfo system website, through the operator, by calling the customer support service: +7 495 771-78-24 or directly in the Bank office.

Connecting to Teleinfo System

In order to become a Teleinfo system customer and obtain information on the bank card accounts you may:

register yourself with at www.telebank.ru;
register yourself by addressing the teleservicing operator on the phone: +7 495 771-78-24 (daily from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm except days-off); you may also use the services of the Telephone Service Centre, telephones +7 495 777-24-24 (further dial and ) and 8 800 100-24-24 (further dial and ; calls are toll free from any Russian region);
visit a Bank office.

For registration in a Bank office the customer shall produce an identification document.

Modes of Accessing Teleinfo

VTB24 offers its customers the following modes of accessing Teleinfo:

Internet

Access to the system is 24/7 via Internet at www.telebank.ru.

Upon entering the system a navigation menu will appear. The major sections of the online system interface are:

Accounts. Information on the numbers of the customer’s accounts and cards with indication of the available balance. Here you can view the account/card statement for the appropriate period.
Security. In this section you may take some measures intended for provision of information security.
Notifications. In this section you may customize card notifications.
Activation of the variable codes card. For improving your security you may acquire a variable codes card and enter the system using them.
Personal information
In this section you may enter, change and delete your personal details.

Telephone

For accessing Teleinfo via telephone you will need a push-button telephone set supporting tonal mode, which is usually switched by button.

The system is entered via the Moscow phone number: +7 495 797-20-27.

Upon response of the system switch your telephone to tonal mode and input information according to instructions. Every entry shall be followed by pressing .

WAP

If you have a mobile phone supporting WAP protocol not inferior to Version 1.1, and your operator provides WAP-access or GPRS service, you may use Teleinfo system using WAP. The system’s WAP-site is accessible at wap.telebank.ru or www.telebank.ru/wap (in case WTLS protocol is supported).

SMS

Enjoy the comfort and ease of interacting with the Bank by SMS. You may use the Teleinfo system services, for example, for making an inquiry relating to your card balance or for obtaining a brief statement of account, while having only a mobile phone at hand. This may be of particular relevance if you are on vacation or in a business trip, when the mobile phone is in roaming mode.

Using Teleinfo services via SMS is payable: outgoing inquiries are paid at tariff rates of the communications operator and the Bank will charge a fee for sending information to your phone according to the effective Bank rates.

Working with Teleinfo system by SMS is performed by sending SMS of a certain format to the number 5211 (MTS) or +7 910 435-35-00 (for customers of other mobile operators) from a mobile phone pre-registered with the system and receiving response from the system.

Working with SMS is possible only using the same mobile phone which was used for registration. You may also subscribe to SMS notifications.
